A trick for cutting brownies

I'm sure you've had the experience of cutting brownies and having most of the pan stick to your knife. This is particularly problematic when you make brownies from a mix as they tend to be chewier and stickier than the from-scratch varieties.
So here's a little trick that will end your troubles: Use a plastic knife to cut your brownies. They are the best tool available for the job--simple but effective. So next time you're at KFC, or Cafe Rio, or whatever, keep the knife and toss it in your gadget drawer.

Dear Taylor,

Don't you wish our large plastic utensil collection came from KFC or Cafe Rio? I do. But alas, it came from the Cannon Center. Gag.

Love,
Anne

Yum, brownies! You are so smart...how do you even find these things out? Turns out that I just cook my brownies in a muffin tin because it makes so many more edges, my favorite part!

Smart! I will start to cut any dessert I make with a plastic knife because they all stick whether they are chocolate or not.

And I get updates on your stinking cute family. What is up with your wife? Cream of the CROP! She is like the most beautiful movie star that is even BETTER than a movie star. Her blog is brilliant and hilarious. Nice goin' Tay. You guys look stunning and happy.

How did you know that I just made brownies for my Gospel Doctrine class and struggled miserably to make them "pretty and presentable." You always seem to know what I need, Tay. It seems those small tricks make all the difference in cooking and presentation.
I sure love you and your beautiful family...
